1. ALL ANIMALS ARE GUARANTEED TO BE HEALTHY, EATING, AND PROPERLY SEXED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES. IT IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED TO DOUBLE CHECK THE SEX ON NEW ARRIVALS. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ANIMAL YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 1 HOURS OF RECEIPT. WE WILL THEN EITHER REPLACE THE ANIMAL WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE OR ISSUE A CREDIT OR REFUND UPON OUR DISCRETION. (PLEASE INQUIRE)

 

 2. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE WITH A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. PAYMENT PLANS RANGE IN INDIVIDUAL TERMS UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 6 MONTHS DEPENDING ON SALE PRICE AND ANIMAL.  IF WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND THE ANIMAL DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. IF ANIMAL IS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE AGREED UPON TERMS, THE ANIMAL WILL BE RE-LISTED FOR SALE. NO ANIMAL WILL BE SENT UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. ALL MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE DUE EVERY 30 DAYS AFTER THE INITIAL PAYMENT DATE. WEEKLY PAYMENTS ARE DUE EVERY 7 DAYS AFTER ORIGINAL PAYMENT. FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME WILL VOID THE SALE AND THE ANIMAL WILL BE RE-LISTED. PLEASE CONTACT VIA EMAIL TO DISCUSS PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS. 3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE LIST PRICE OF EACH ANIMAL. PACKAGING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF SHIPPING. ALL ANIMALS ARE SHIPPED IN A STYROFOAM LINED SHIPPING BOX WITH HEAT OR COLD PACKS AS NEEDED. SHIPPING IS DONE FIRST 3 DAYS OF THE WEEK. NO ANIMALS WILL BE SHIPPED  IF TEMPERATURES ARE UNDER 50 DEGREES FOR A 24HOUR PERIOD OR OVER 95 DEGREES. SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER HOT OR COLD OR SNOW OR ICE. THE ANIMAL’S WELL- BEING IS FIRST AND FOREMOST IMPORTANT. MOST SHIPPING IS DONE FED-EX OVERNIGHT. NO REFUNDS IF SHIPPING IS DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER. WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU AFTER THE COMPLETION OF YOUR PURCHASE TO COORDINATE SHIPPING WITH YOU.

 

4. THERE IS NO REFUND IF NO ONE IS THERE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE ON FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT OR FROM ANY DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) THAT DERIVE FROM AIRPORT DELAYS OR CLOSURES OR FROM ANY DELAYS FROM CARRIER ITSELF. AS THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. INSURANCE CAN BE PURCHASED BY THE BUYER AT THE RATE OF $2.50 PER $100 OF VALUE. THIS IS ADDITIONAL TO THE SALE PRICE.

 

5. DELIVERIES. SOME LOCAL DELIVERIES CAN BE MADE IF ANIMAL IS PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. 

  6. ANY ANIMALS DELIVERED DOA MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 1 HOURS OF DELIVERY. PROOF MAY BE NEEDED VIA PHOTO TO VERIFY. WE WILL THEN EITHER REPLACE ANIMAL WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE OR GIVE A CREDIT OR REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION. 

 

7. ALL NEW ANIMALS SHOULD BE LEFT TO SETTLE IN BEFORE HANDLING AND FEEDING. ALLOW A MINIMUM OF THREE DAYS FOR THE ANIMAL TO ADJUST PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO FEED.

 

8. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR MAIN GOAL. ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT US. WE WILL BE HERE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE. 9. CASHIER CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS AND PERSONAL CHECKS TAKE 10-14 BUSINESS DAY TO CLEAR.
